About this position
Local on call 8am to 7pm Monday – Friday. Regional on call for 2 x district hospitals, 1 in 2, overnight on call 7pm to 8am. SAVES (SA Virtual Emergency Services) program is used for category 3, 4 & 5 presentations. Medical officer must be Sunrise EMR and Leecare trained, or willing to receive training before placement commences. Must hold an SA Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current NPC. Current ASL2 (or equivalent – “RESP”) is a standard requirement for SA Credentialing – Booking confirmation/evidence will be accepted if within 3 months of placement for interim credentials. MO needs to be competent in Sunrise and Leecare systems, any MO requiring training must complete before arriving to site.
