- Availability for block dates
- Sunrise EMR training is a requirement if not already trained
- Locum is to be based in the hospital between shift times
- 30 min unpaid lunch break is a requirement
- All shifts locums are required to be onsite at all times
- COVID-19 Vaccination’s 1 + 2 and COVID-19 Booster
- Be able to provide immunisation status (MMR
- Hep B
- Polio
- Flu Vac
- dTp)
- National Police Clearance
- SA Working With Children Check
- Current ALS2
- RESP or EMST certificate
- CPD within last 3 years to be supplied
- Medical Indemnity Cover required
