Minimum requirements: up to date and comprehensive CV with gaps of three months or more explained, current referee reports x 2 (current placement and within 12 months), evidence of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD), correctly certified ID, AHPRA registration with no restrictions, criteria for acceptable CV and referees, up to date ALS, PAL (APLS) EMST etc as applicable, certified copies of identification and qualifications required as per HR Policy B1, applicants must provide documentary evidence of vaccination or non-susceptibility to VPDs prior to offer of engagement.
