Monday and Friday only. FSEP – Level 3 practitioner required. Current Police Check (not more than 12 months old) required. Current VIC WWCC required. Specialist AHPRA Registration and successful medical credentialing required. 2 recent clinical references (references taken within last 12 months) required.
