- FRACGP
- FACRRM. Would consider whole week if preferable for Locum. Minimum requirements: up to date and comprehensive CV with gaps of three months or more explained
- current referee reports x 2 (current placement and within 12 months)
- evidence of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD)
- correctly certified ID
- up to date ALS
- PAL (APLS) EMST etc as applicable. Benefits: Accommodation and vehicle will be provided.
