About this position
On call 17:00–08:00 daily and 08:00–08:00 weekends. Fatigue management between 23:00 and 07:00 – category 3, 4, 5 managed through RSQ; category 1 or 2 through night also managed through RSQ if attended. Rockhampton Hospital SMO and specialties support by phone if required. Senior RIPERN nurses often available to support model.
Requirements
- FRACGP
- FACRRM. Benefits: Direct economy flights home base return capped at $1500 or mileage at $0.88 per km home base return (if suitable and pre-approved). Solo self-contained accommodation. $50 per day car allowance.
