Criteria for acceptable CV and referees: CV – no older than 12 months
must include most recent position held. Gaps of 3 months or more must be explained. References – 1 within 12 months
the other from your last place of locum/employment. References to be signed by the referee or by the agent if verbally taken. Candidate information will not be forwarded to the Facility Manager without meeting the above criteria. Certified copies of identification and qualifications required as per HR Policy B1 – Recruitment and Selection. Applicants are to provide certified copies of their proof of identity documentation and qualifications. Copies must be certified by a Justice of the Peace
