Minimum requirements: up to date and comprehensive CV with all gaps of 3 months or more explained, current referee reports x 2, evidence of vaccination preventable diseases, correctly certified ID, AHPRA registration with no restrictions, criteria for acceptable CV and referees, up to date ALS, PAL (APLS) EMST etc as applicable, certified copies of identification and qualifications required, vaccine preventable diseases documentation required.
