About this position
with possibility of extension. Patient base / demographics: Town has a population of around 500. 170 patients on books for GP clinic. Clinic see’s Bonalbo patients and surrounding catchment areas.
Approximate number of patients seen per day in the clinic- around 20 per day.
Average number of ED presentations – Approximately 100 per month.
Support staff available (nurses, admin, etc.) 2 Administration staff- 1 allocated to GP clinic each day. 1 practice nurse Monday to Thursday.
Category coverage for on call: Current doctor On call 24/7.
Number of beds in each unit- RAC 15 beds. Acute 4 Beds, ED 2 beds.
Details on accommodation provided- Doctors accommodation within walking distance of the hospital. Self-contained, furnished 4-bedroom house. Older style.
