ED Morning Shift. Qualifications/Experience • Current ALS Certificate
Duties • Face-to-face clinical handover with night ED doctor at 0730
• 7:30 – 1600 in the Emergency Department, complete discharge summaries and review admitted patients as requested.
• Provide onsite medical care to patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Complete contemporaneous and comprehensive clinical documentation in eMR.
• Provide and lead clinical review, rapid response, trauma and cardiac arrest services across the facility.
• Check pathology and radiology results in the ED results message centre ordered by any doctor, follow-up and document management plans for any results needed further action and review any patients returning for follow-up of results.
