About this position
Initial draft roster provided. Mainly working within the Emergency Department. Position is full time with possibility to extend for a total of one year. Required documents: up to date CV, two referee checks (including ED reference for ED locums), 100 points of identification, visa documentation (if applicable), confirmation of AHPRA registration check within 1 week of booking request, details of any registration conditions, current Working with Children Check (if applicable), current and valid National Criminal Record Check (not more than three years old), copy of qualifications, certificate of current Medical Indemnity Cover. Once approved, prescriber and provider number and mobile number for oncall system required.
