ED CMO PGY4+ ED night shift

. Responsible for management of ED patients and MET calls on ward.
Able to prioritise, know own limitations and ask for help where appropriate (AMO on call, Anaesthetist on call, Paediatrician and Obstetrician are on-call, NETS, retrieval). Able to communicate severity over phone.
