About this position
On-call duties will be specific to the facility in which the locum is assigned and may require the Locum to be always rostered either on call or available on call when not in attendance. The Locum engagement will include some administration, teaching of medical students and supervision of junior doctors. Roster to be advised by the requesting facility. Rosters are subject to change at the discretion of the facility Director Medical Services or delegate. Current Advanced Life Support (ALS2) Certificate required. Current QH Scope of Clinical Practice (SoCP) letter if relevant. Queensland Health Aged Care Check required for Multipurpose Health Service placements (process can take 4-6 weeks).
