Must be Neonatal Resuscitation confident, Must be Epidural capable, PAC + On Call, Theatre + On Call, Theatre + On Call, Daily rate is inclusive of on call shifts and recalls, Resume with summary of skills, certifications including ALS, APLS, Neonatal Resus., Referee reports x 2 minimum including one from current / immediate previous line manager / supervisor, WWCC, Criminal History Check, Evidence of Fellowship / Degree / Credentials – academic, Evidence of training certificates – ALS, Neo Resus ETC., Mandatory Vaccination evidence, CPD evidence, Indemnity insurance
