About this position
24/7 Anaesthetics on-call coverage including supervision, backup, and support for GP registrars and the ED on-call doctor. Weekdays include GP clinic consulting. If emergency anaesthetic support is required, the doctor will be called in and clinic patients will be rebooked as necessary. If there is a scheduled theatre list, the Anaesthetics on-call doctor will provide anaesthetic services for the booked theatre sessions.
