Reimbursement of one return domestic economy flight up to $2
000 (upon receipt). Reimbursement of accommodation up to $236.73 per night (upon receipt). Hospital provided fleet vehicle. Reimbursement of return taxi fare to Darwin International Airport (upon receipt).
