About this position
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Psychiatry (Australia/NZ) required. Inpatient: Adult unit (6 beds), covers Consultation-Liaison. Team: 1 Consultant Psychiatrist, 1 SMP, 1 RMO. On-call: 1 in 4 roster (single clinician, not onerous; ED supported by Psychiatric Liaison Nurse). Community Mental Health: On-site CMHS team (1 Consultant Psychiatrist, 1 SMP), approx. 150 adult patients, dedicated case managers, OA patients transferred to Perth. Credentialing required prior to commencement.
