Due to the complex nature of doctor recruitment we have an office focused culture, but we try our best to create a flexible balance for our team. We provide the flexibility to work from home when they really need to, and encourage a regular day a week at home, once you have become competent and more autonomous. We have some very successful remote consultants, but they learnt their craft in the office!
Healthcare work is diverse, and doctors often work varied shift times. To help with this we are flexible with our team and assist them to create their best daily schedule to match the type of doctors they are working with.
