GESA required. Rate is based on 8–12-hour shift. This rate for these dates ONLY.
Benefits
- Car hire and accommodation allowance: $150.00 per rostered day plus one additional day prior to arrival. Travel allowance: reimbursement of one direct economy class return airfare up to $1000.00 AUD per contract
- or kilometric allowance of 37.5 cents per kilometre
- to a maximum of $1000.00. Access to one return airfare or kilometric allowance reimbursement back to the locum’s primary base at the completion of each period of six weeks may be negotiated. Locum medical practitioners who live locally (within 50km) are not entitled to this allowance.
