About this position
Local on call 8am to 7pm Monday – Friday. Regional on call for 2 district hospitals, 1 in 2 overnight on call 7pm to 8am. SAVES program is used for category 3, 4 & 5 presentations. Standard working hours 8am to 7pm. Base schedule: 8am to 9am attend for ward round and GP tasks, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5pm medical practice, 5pm to 7pm hospital GP tasks. Current ASL2 (or equivalent – “RESP”) is a standard requirement for SA Credentialing – Booking confirmation/evidence will be accepted if within 3 months of placement for interim credentials.
