- GESA. Order Number: FC-SURG-2026-14. Benefits: Accommodation allowance provided. Car hire allowance provided. Travel allowance: reimbursement of one direct economy class return airfare up to $1000 AUD per contract or kilometric allowance of 37.5c per kilometre
