Must be Neonatal Resuscitation certified, Must be Epidural capable, PAC and Theatre rostered days, 0800 Tuesday 28th April – 0800 Monday 4th May Anaesthetics On Call, Resume with summary of skills, certifications including ALS, APLS, Neonatal Resus, Referee reports x 2 minimum including one from current / immediate previous line manager / supervisor, WWCC, Criminal History Check, Evidence of Fellowship / Degree / Credentials – academic, Evidence of training certificates – ALS, Neo Resus ETC., Mandatory Vaccination evidence, CPD evidence, Indemnity insurance
